April 13 - The Kauai Ukulele Festival

The Kauai ʻUkulele Festival is a vibrant celebration of music and culture, taking place annually at the Kukui Grove Center in Līhuʻe. This free event brings together music enthusiasts from around the world to honor the ʻukulele, an iconic symbol of Hawaiian culture. The festival features live stage performances by renowned and emerging artists, including local groups like the Kapaʻa Middle School ʻUkulele Band and the Poipu ʻUkulele Club.

April 19 - Easter on the Farm

The Kauai Animal Education Farm, located just outside of Kapaʻa, is a non-profit, volunteer-operated animal rescue farm that offers interactive educational experiences with over 19 species of animals. Join one of their biggest fundraisers of the year, featuring Easter egg hunts for six different age groups, live entertainment, animal interactions, games, and more.

April 19 - Easter Egg Hunt at the Beach

The largest egg hunt on Kauai takes place at Kapaʻa Beach Park starting at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 19. Thousands of eggs will be scattered across the oceanfront setting for children to discover. The event also features live music, a visit from the Easter Bunny, giveaways, and a fun-filled day at the beach.

April 19 - Kauai Brewers Festival

The 2025 Kauai Brewers Festival takes place from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in downtown Līhuʻe. This all-ages event features live music by Mike Love and Aldrine Guerrero, local food trucks, vendors, yard games, and a beer garden serving 20 local brews for guests 21 and older.

May 16 & 17 - Kauai Songwriters Music Festival

Hosted at the Hilton Garden Inn at Wailua Bay, this two-day music festival includes songwriter workshops, concerts, and performances by professional musicians sharing the art of songwriting.

June 14 - Kauai Kings Parade and Ho'olaule'a

Celebrate King Kamehameha Day with a colorful parade featuring horses, decorated floats, and walking groups, followed by a Ho'olaule'a celebration with Hawaiian crafts, food, cultural demonstrations, entertainment, and more.

July 4 - Fourth of July on Kauai

Celebrate Independence Day on Kauai with beach time, local barbecue, shave ice, and sunset festivities. While official fireworks have traditionally been held at Vidinha Stadium in Līhuʻe, local families often enjoy smaller celebrations at beach parks throughout the island.
